The apartments aren't new but they are clean. The cabinets are not the greatest (some doors are hung really crooked). We face the road, so there is ALOT of road noise.

I like the space for the money have a great location and your no so congested with to many apts everywhere

I love living here. It's surprisingly quiet, and the few issues I've had have been taken care of with minor additional prodding on my part.

I'm middle-aged so I've rented several apartments. These are big with plenty of closet space (nice), but as many older apartments, they have some issues with plumbing etc. The staff is actively fixing things so I haven't had any inconveniences as a result. They are in a great location close to theaters, Target, Sam's, Walmart, several pharmacy's, and my work. I love the trees and the lovely grounds though. Overall, I'm happy here and plan to stay a while. The neighbors are nice and it's pretty quiet here; I can't hear much from the people above or to the side of me and the laundry room is also quiet and it's next to my bedroom. The price is comparable to other apartments of the same size or maybe a little lower. The three people I've met have been very nice, two in the office and one maint man.

Cost of living.

It is spacious and decently priced, although the structures are older.

I am going on my second year living here and there is nothing better in Longview. No other complex can give me the space and amenities that I have here for this price. Usually the service is great and timely. It is rare that I have any problems and it is safe.

Cozy atmosphere, very quiet. Staff is very friendly, though some mainteneace requests have been neglected. I would recommed Towne Oaks to anyone looking for a tranquil and easily accessible location.
